ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF ELECTORS
THURSDAY 6 FEBRUARY 2025
The Annual General Meeting of electors of the Shire of Wyalkatchem is to be held on Thursday 6 February, 2025 at 6.00 pm in the Council Chambers, 27 Flint Street, Wyalkatchem, WA 6485.
Pursuant to section 5.29 (1) of the Local Government Act, 1995, the matters to be discussed and order of business at the general electors meeting will be:
- The contents of the annual report for the financial year ended 30 June 2024 and
- Any other general business.
Elector, in relation to the Shire district means a person who is elected to be enrolled to vote at elections for the district and is not limited to being a ratepayer.
Each elector is entitled to one vote but does not have to vote.
The Annual Report is available for viewing at the Council Administration Office either in person or arrange for a copy to be emailed via telephone on (08) 9681 1166.
